Kevin Gammeter was born in 1984 in Bülach near Zurich. He completed his training as an aircraft tinsmith with the SAirGroup at Zurich Airport. After further positions in the purchasing of engine material, in the sale of aircraft components and in the invoicing of aviation services, he moved to contract management at SR Technics Ltd. In May 2009, Kevin Gammeter joined Sefil tec Separation- und Filtertechnik Engineering AG, first as Project Manager and then as Chief Operating Officer. After his further education as "Bachelor in Applied Science of Business Administration", he took over the management of the parent company Sefiltec AG. Since 2016, he holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from HSO Business School in Zurich. In the process, he has been on field trips to Washington D.C., Silicon Valley, as well as Beijing and Shanghai. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sefil tec Immobilien AG.
